The Department of Education is hosting the following Career Conversations – Bringing families together events in the south metropolitan region. Feedback on the 2022 events was positive and participants highly valued the opportunity to hear accurate, up-to-date career pathway and labour market information.  A key highlight for the participants was hearing from industry representatives and employers.   

These events provide parents and students with information about post-school options such as: 

• exploring university and training pathways 
• career pathway information for young people with disabilities 
• where to find accurate, up-to-date career pathway information 
• where the jobs are
