Science ExpoWe will hold a Science Expo in week 6 this term, where all Year 6 students will share their science skills and knowledge. The Year 6 Science Expo projects will be displayed in the Undercover Area between Monday, 17 November and Wednesday, 19 November for the students in Year 1 to 5. The students will participate in the judging of the “students’ choice” award. All Year 6 students will present their projects at a Science Showcase Evening for families and the community on Thursday, 20 November, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm in the Under Cover Area and Science Rooms. We will also have on display entries from the STAWA Science competition for year 2 to 5. The Science Showcase Evening is a new event and we look forward to parents and community members coming along to see the high standard of Science learning at our school. |

Icy Poles for Sale (Lunch time)On Friday, Kindergarten to Year 6 students may bring $1 to purchase an icy pole at lunchtime. All proceeds go to the 2026, Year 6 camp. As well as a fundraiser, this is also an opportunity for students to learn money skills. Students are responsible for taking care of their $1 and lining up to make their lunchtime purchase. Icy Poles will be on sale each Friday at lunchtime in the Undercover Area. |
