Massed Choir Performance (Senior Choir)

Rehearsal no. 3 and Concert: Perth Concert Hall

Massed Choir Festival

• The final rehearsal is just prior to the performance, on the same day.

• Parents are responsible for organising their child to get to and from the Concert Hall on this day.

• Students need to meet at the top of the stairs outside the Perth Concert Hall (entrance from

  Terrace Road) at 4:45pm on Saturday 16 September. You cannot be late!

• Please ensure your children have eaten their dinner and come completely prepared for the

  performance. No food or bags are allowed during this rehearsal. The rehearsal is from 5.30pm – 6.50pm.

• Students will need a bottle of water (no metal bottles, plastic only please).

• The students then have a small break (no eating is allowed in this time) before the performance which then goes from 7.15pm – 8.45pm. Piara Waters Primary School staff will supervise children during this short break.

• Students will need to be collected by you at the Perth Concert Hall at 8.45pm. Transport:

  Buses and trains will take the Choir to and from the daytime rehearsal venues. However, on the final performance night - 16 September you will be responsible for organising transport for your child to be dropped off at 4.45pm and collected at 8.45pm from the Perth Concert Hall.

Student Requirements:
• Students are expected to wear full school uniform for the FINAL performance. This includes:

o School polo shirt and pants/shorts/skirt.
o NO leavers or coloured faction shirts are allowed.
o Closed in black shoes with white socks.
o Hair off the face with school coloured hair ties if available
